2. What data we collect
Only the data you give us when you contact us: name, phone, email, your message and, if you ask for a valuation, details about the property (town, street, size, condition). We do not collect payment data and we do not use profiling or advertising tools.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your requests about a property;
- to prepare a valuation of the property you want to sell or rent out;
- to arrange viewings and appointments.
The legal basis is your request and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
4. How it reaches us
Messages sent from the website reach us through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) or by email (Google Gmail), depending on the channel you choose. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers process data as processors or independent controllers under their own policies.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as needed to follow up your request and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise (for example for a mandate or a contract).
6. Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a readable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to joyimmobiliaretoscana@gmail.com or to the certified email address. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
7. Cookies
The website only uses technical tools needed for it to work, stored in your browser: your cookie choice and the properties you save to your favourites. We do not use analytics, profiling or advertising cookies.
Some third-party content loads only if you choose to open it: the Google Maps map (with the "Show the map" button) and videos on YouTube, Instagram or Facebook, which open on their own websites. At that point Google's and Meta's policies apply.
You can change your choice by clearing this website's browsing data in your browser: the banner will appear again on your next visit.
